II. Wrecker Body Configuration
The body is equipped with an 18-ton capacity deck, designed as a下沉式平板 (sunken/subdued type platform*), with dual secondary beams. The deck uses 8mm thick patterned plate (with holes), with a total length of 8.5 meters (comprising a 7.2-meter main section + a 1.3-meter hydraulically tilting extension section). Four 60*120*6 rectangular tubes are welded horizontally across the deck width for reinforcement. The deck width is 2.55 meters, with a 16mm thick steel plate border (with holes), further reinforced by 10mm thick square tube sliding channels.
It includes an 18-ton three-section rear telescopic boom, a 10-ton (optional 15-ton) midship-mounted winch, Haizhanli brand hydraulic cylinders, and Haide brand multi-section control valves. The unit utilizes a bilateral linkage control system.
Standard accessories include: 2 rear work lights, 1 tool box, 4 lashing/tie-down belts, 1 pair of towing forks, and 1 pair of towing fork sockets.
Hydraulic components are guaranteed for 2 years; all other features are standard.
