The Intelligent Vehicle 30.5-meter aerial work platform is the tallest model of truck-mounted aerial work platforms in China. It offers extensive working height and reach, and is equipped with numerous operational data monitoring devices and safety features, ensuring safety and stability during ultra-high-altitude operations. It is the ideal choice for customers requiring high working heights and high load capacity.
**1. Upper/Lower Vehicle Interlock Device**
An interlock mechanism between the superstructure and the outrigger operations allows for independent switching between superstructure and outrigger functions. It locks the superstructure during outrigger operation and secures the outrigger position during superstructure operation, ensuring operational safety.
2. **Electric Emergency Pump**
In cases of insufficient fuel or other special circumstances, the emergency pump can provide power to safely lower personnel to the ground.
3. **Soft Leg Protection**
If an outrigger is not properly grounded, the system automatically restricts boom movement in dangerous directions and activates flashing lights and an audible alarm.
4. **Automatic Amplitude Limiting**
When the working radius reaches a preset limit value, the system automatically restricts operation in dangerous directions.
5. **Dual Rotation Reducers**
During vehicle operation, the dual rotation reducers provide enhanced stability and smoother rotation.
The work platform and boom mechanism are equipped with different cylinders. The work platform automatically levels itself based on the cylinder changes induced by the boom's raising and lowering. Manual leveling is also available for specific working conditions.
7. **Dual Luffing Cylinders**
The dual luffing cylinders offer stronger lifting capacity and reduced sway, improving work efficiency and stability.
8. **Two-Stage Hydraulic Outriggers**

**Production Process Analysis**
1. **Standardized Production**

2. **Procurement and Warehousing**
Raw material suppliers are rigorously selected. Key components utilize top-tier domestic and international brands, while non-critical parts come from leading domestic suppliers, ensuring product quality from the source.
A large storage center meets the annual production needs of 6,000-7,000 specialized vehicles. ERP software standardizes management across all production departments, enhancing internal supply efficiency while significantly reducing risks like part mix-ups, incorrect installation, or missing parts.
3. **Production Capabilities**
(1) Laser Cutting Machines
Possesses a 30,000W ultra-high-power laser cutter capable of processing components with different slopes and thicknesses to meet high-quality standard production requirements. Additionally, there are 6 laser cutting machines in total: three 20,000W and two 6,000W machines, supplying cutting for different components.
The company owns a large CNC bending machine offering a maximum capacity of 2400T/18 meters, meeting the processing needs for extra-large and custom equipment. There are also 7 other bending machines with capacities like 800T and 500T.
The facility has 60 welding stations and 5 welding robots. Key parts are welded using a combination of robotic welding assisted by manual welding to ensure precision and integrity of welds. Each welding station specializes in specific similar components, increasing the welders' proficiency and ensuring both welding efficiency and quality.
(4) Machining (Boring/Milling/Drilling/Sawing)
Boring and milling machines use high-precision components like bearings and guide rails, offering high accuracy and stability, and maintaining high precision even at high speeds. High-speed spindles and tool magazines enable rapid cutting of various materials, speeding up processing and improving productivity. They can also perform various operations like drilling and boring, meeting diverse processing needs. The equipment uses CNC systems to precisely control the machining process, enabling intelligent control, reducing manual intervention, and improving processing quality and stability.
The company has a large spray painting workshop. All components undergo shot blasting treatment, which cleans and roughens the substrate surface, improving the mechanical properties, fatigue resistance, and paint adhesion of the workpieces.
4. **Assembly Production Lines**
The company possesses advanced assembly lines comprising 10 main assembly lines and 6 pre-assembly lines. All parts are assembled using a "no-touch-the-floor" method, and personnel follow standardized management procedures. This reduces unnecessary performance loss of components during assembly, ensuring high precision and quality of the final product.
